Training isn't a big focus for the graduate program, it is suggested to take up 10% of your learning. The main focus experienced based learning & relationship leveraging.
Every graduate is allocated a fixed training budget each year. There are prescribed courses available based on your discipline/position.
A wide variety of training courses are required as part of the graduate training. Some are very worthwhile; some are a complete waste of time. The gains from the good courses tend to outweigh the wasted time, but it would be good not to have to bother in the first place.
