It is definitely great in every sense, but I suppose there could be improvements in socialising more during work and after hours.

There is room for improvement in our office culture, but this has largely improved in the last few months. With the addition of more junior staff, i.e. Project Managers / Graduate Project Managers this brought about the rise of a healthier office culture.

Great atmosphere amongst the team, including between the team and our line manager. The company has also a range of great out of work social events that they arrange. Absolutely love the office environment both during and out of work hours - best work environment that I have worked in.

The in-office culture amongst the Project Management is tight-knit. Camaraderie and mateship are the cornerstones of the PM culture. After hours, the team enjoys socialising with one another and unwinding, important in maintaining a work-life balance. Typically, the upper echelons of the department engage with the wider team in both a work and social scene, further contributing to strong team cohesion.

The company is driven to succeed with clear goals. Teams work well. T&T has a couple of social events throughout the year, however could benefit from having these more regularly
