Easy and smooth interview.

The interview process and assessments were straight forward. I felt like a real person throughout recruitment and not just a number. The recruitment process is personalised unlike other companies where you do not have the opportunity to talk to anyone from the business until you are shortlisted or attend your interview.

The interview process was very smooth.

The interview was fun, questions are technical and behavioural. Interviewers are very professional but doesn't make the interviewees feel uncomfortable/intimidated

As I was moving interstate, I was asked about how I felt about relocating and what I needed to do in order to make it a seamless process. The questions they asked whilst generic provided me the opportunity to showcase the skills I have gained through extra-curricular and past work experience.

Questions revolved about project management, how I deal with situations that relate to project management and questions about myself.

Past experience, knowledge of electrical industry, project management knowledge questions, future goals and aspirations

Be yourself. TransGrid wants to find genuine workers who are adaptable and have initiative. Skills are important but not having the willing to learn will be a major downfall.
