Culture at TransGrid

8.5 rating for Culture, based on 8 reviews
Please describe your company's culture both in the office and after hours. Let us know about the structure and hierarchy, cooperation and teamwork, and socialising amongst colleagues.
Generally the culture of TransGrid is inclusive. There has been a lot of work done in the past few years to build collaboration and team work, especially since privatisation. The graduate cohort are close inside and outside of work which has really helped my journey from university to full-time work. We are able to share experiences and help each other when we are having trouble. The organisation as a whole still has work to do to continue to build collaboration, leadership and socialisation but is on track to doing so.

Great culture, people are valued and respected. Managers are usually open and transparent on the work requirements and feedback.

Nurturing, Collaborative, Autonomous. The employees are very accommodating with the graduates and free up their time to assist, in any way they can, any time of the day. It is a pleasure to work with the people in this company as they are equipped with extensive work experience and a very friendly attitude. The employees are trusted to have ownership over their work and that they have individual power to improve results.
