Online application. If successful, you do psychometric testing. The next stage is an online interview in which you film yourself generic interview questions (e.g. what do you want out of a Grad Program). If you pass this stage, you'll be invited to a formal interview at Stockland's office. The final stage is reference checks.

Written application with a few questions attached with CV and cover letter was the first stage. Psychometric assessment and video interview followed. After the video interview stage, I was rejected to the role I had initially applied for but was contacted 1-2 months after with a new opportunity. After the phone call, I was scheduled with an in-person meeting in which I met my manager and head of research.
