Please describe the interview process and assessments.
Very easy and straight forward interview process.
Graduate, Sydney
Upon being entered into the interview process I had to complete a psychometric assessment, before being invited to a face to face interview in the Sydney Head Office.

The hiring process was one of the best graduate recruitment processes that I've been involved in. There was never any unnecessary pressure felt, and I was able to put forward my best self during the entire process.

Online application. If successful, you do psychometric testing. The next stage is an online interview in which you film yourself generic interview questions (e.g. what do you want out of a Grad Program). If you pass this stage, you'll be invited to a formal interview at Stockland's office. The final stage is reference checks.

Written application with a few questions attached with CV and cover letter was the first stage. Psychometric assessment and video interview followed. After the video interview stage, I was rejected to the role I had initially applied for but was contacted 1-2 months after with a new opportunity. After the phone call, I was scheduled with an in-person meeting in which I met my manager and head of research.

Interview process is fairly standard, CV cover letter, video recorded questionnaire, psychometric testing and 1 - 2 rounds of interviews.

Do you have any specific tips and advice for candidates applying to your company? How would you recommend they best prepare?
Ensure you do adequate research on the business unit that you are applying for. Being able to speak about your understanding of Residential Communities, if you are applying for a role in that unit, will be very beneficial and show an interest.
