Stockland has a strong focus on diversity. They recruit based on merit and based on the various backgrounds of people I work with, do not discriminate when recruiting. They have Employee Advocacy Groups for Gender Equity, LGBTI+ and Accessibility and Cultural Inclusion. These are made up of various people of different ranks in the company and are in place to build capability and ownership of Diversity and Inclusion throughout the business.
