Culture is great at Stockland, it provides plenty of opportunities to be involved in work groups that focus on sustainability, diversity and inclusiveness.

The business prides itself on its culture. Everyone is valued, and this is evident through the office floor plan, with everyone within the department, including the CEO sitting amongst each other. After work socialising is encouraged plays a huge role in promoting team culture.

The culture is good, the managers at higher levels always say hello and are happy to chat even with the graduates. Unfortunately each area of the business is kept quite separate (i.e. people from Finance do not mix with people from Legal). The Grad cohort is great, we connect both inside and outside of work hours, made up of a mix of people from different areas of the business.

Culture is very inclusive. My team structure is more 'top heavy' with one manager per asset class. This provides the opportunity for me to work across multiple assets and have a good understanding of the company's business model - with this pandemic.

Socialising amongst middle level employees is great, however there is a split in the hierarchy which can cause a divide.

Highly collaborative environment, great access to senior stakeholders that are invested in developing juniors. Good social culture in the office and strong opportunities to network at out of work events.
