I am very satisfied with the management at Stockland. Managers will always communicate information to you and will give you feedback whenever you request it. They also welcome feedback themselves, making it a two-way relationship which is great. They are strongly focused on your development and will find opportunities for you to develop your career.

The office space is open plan, with a lot of greenery throughout the office. The facilities are fantastic and include a change room available to staff upon request. The dress code is dependent on the team, but there is normally a more casual Friday allowance.

Stockland is very flexible when it comes to working hours. Generally, you do 9-5 Mon-Fri but if you need to leave early one day or want to work from home at all you can easily have the discussion with your manager.

Stockland's Sustainability team works to reduce its environmental footprint in our developments. There are rubbish, recycling and paper bins around the office and all employees are provided with a reusable coffee cup when they start at Stockland, however, there is room for improvement regarding internal environmental processes.
