Career Prospects at Stantec

So far been seconded and relocated which has been good in the last 2 years.

Completing the graduate programme, ENZ chartership, demonstrating certain values and competencies

I think they are pretty good at recognizing and supporting their people to have career progression.

To move out of the graduate position I need to develop my skills enough to run my own projects and do more client facing. You have to have been working for at least 3 years though. After that not sure.

I can move in several directions. I will continue to work as a graduate before deciding which direction to head in - technical, project management, management, CAD, etc.
