Average pay, little to no bonuses
Graduate, Melbourne
I am yet to receive my bonus at the start of next year. As for my salary I believe it to be reasonable across the industry/firms but it can be quite low when you realise the hours you have worked over the year.

I think the pay for a graduate role is satisfactory and I believe it is higher than most of the big four firms, which goes to show you how much the firm is willing to invest in the new employees at the firm to kick-start their careers.

I feel that the pay is more on the average side. However, the resources they put into staff development more than makes up for it.

Pay is well balanced with performance and reviews

Lower than a lot of other firms in the industry and no bonus' at year end. Wouldn't mind a bonus. But the company does spend a lot on us in terms of training and other benefits.

Have not yet been through the performance review and pay increase process, however the initial salary i believe is below average to average - no bonuses until you finish CA.
Intern, Melbourne
I have only been at the company for a short time so I have limited knowledge of this process. From my understanding though, there are salary increases each year after performance reviews and promotions.
