The firm is very well balanced and equal, and is also very accommodating personal circumstances with work commitments.
From what I can see, there is great diversity mainly at the junior levels. Our partners are predominantly men which is reflective of the industry but our firm is definitely making an effort to increase that
The company is very supportive of all people and does never discriminates against gender, race, beliefs or other attributes. There is a balanced work force and is very transparent on company action.
