Management at L'Oréal

8.2 rating for Management, based on 10 reviews
How accessible are managers and do they make good mentors? You may want to address internal communication, performance feedback or praise and recognition.
Due to L'Oreal being incredibly fast-paced, managers sometimes forget to mentor their graduates and expect them to learn on their own and allocate admin tasks without giving the grad an opportunity to learn more about difficult tasks

Partially satisfied with my managers. Most are great mentors and managers are very approachable, along with everyone here at the company. However, obviously there is not absolutely all great managers, but that is almost a given at every company

Managers are highly accessible. Your direct manager coaches your training and development and most senior people in the business are accessible and willing to meet up to train you informally

Yes definitely satisfied we sit next to each other so communication is great - weekly catch ups, its just us two so we work fairly close together
