40% of the partnership are women and we have a female CEO. The firm supports flexible working which in turn supports working parents.
I think we have fabulous policies in place in relation to work/life balance, maternity and paternity leave and retaining people, however, I do believe we need to hire people with more diverse backgrounds.
The firm prides itself in catering for women who are mothers by allowing flexible work hours and arrangements. The firm is also one which promotes a number of female employees to partnership.
