I am not a very diverse person but Iress does a good job of celebrating diversity with multiple days throughout the year for different cultures holidays like Diwali and Chinese New Year. School holiday programs are run in the office as well and a bring your kids to work day is practised every year as well as extra holidays for people who have children going back to school.
High level of diversity in terms of ethnicity and LGBT. There are fewer women than men in the engineering teams but there are quite a few women leaders in engineering teams. And also, I know a few colleagues who take maternity leaves.
Great diversity, everybody is represented fairly and celebrated equally!
