8 rating for Management, based on 19 reviews
How accessible are managers and do they make good mentors? You may want to address internal communication, performance feedback or praise and recognition.
Great contact with partners, flat structure, good formal mentoring structure. Very much supported as a VC- you have a supervising Partner, a supervising Senior Associate and a Graduate buddy.

It depends on the person; however, my current manager is a very good mentor - approachable, friendly, personable, provides feedback and invested in my development.
Graduate, Melbourne
Some partners can be a bit too busy.
Graduate, Melbourne
Easy to get constructive feedback, but you generally won't be praised for good work - it is just expected.
Graduate, Perth
The managers are very accessible, very good at mentoring and giving feedback.

Partners can be harder to reach but supervisors provide very good feedback and are a constant source of work.
Graduate, Melbourne
The open plan environment made it extremely easy to have discussions with the whole team, including management. Additionally, everyone was extremely approachable, and it was easy to set-up meetings with any member of management. Managers also give thoughtful feedback and improvements that could be made.

It varies. Overall, the firm does well to create a good mentoring culture, but it is not adopted by all partners. Some partners are more hands on than others.
Graduate, Melbourne
Satisfied. We have a reverse mentor program which means it's much easier to get access to senior leaders in the firm.
