Could you answer the questions of tomorrow, today?

As technology transforms the way we all live and work, your success will be defined by your mindset as well as your skillset.

When you have the right mindset, you are better able to adapt, lead and manage through change. The right mindset puts you in control of your growth, career path and future as you continue to learn and acquire new skills. Your curiosity, open-mindedness and enthusiasm will help to shape your future and ours.

Are you graduating between 2021 and 2022?

You've chosen your degree and you're committed to hitting the books, but do you get the feeling there's more to studying than just understanding theory? What are the books not telling you? If you're curious and want to know more about the #FutureOfWork then become an EY Game Changer!

It's never too early to start exploring which way to take your future, after all great careers can be defined by where they started. As a member of our exclusive Game Changers Club you'll be invited to EY workshops and seminars throughout the year. You'll network with EY people at all levels, work through case studies and gain valuable insights into the work we do.

As a Game Changer you'll learn firsthand about:

  • doing business locally and internationally
  • challenges faced by entrepreneurs, through to the multinationals that we work with
  • how to develop business negotiating and influencing skills
  • how to secure your vacationer or graduate position

Are you ready to help us change the game? Apply now – membership is limited!

We're looking for students from a range of degrees; diverse degrees lead to diverse thinking which is what we need as we progress into the Transformative Age.

To be eligible to apply you will need to be:

  • an Australian or New Zealand citizen or Australian permanent resident
  • graduating between 2021 and 2022
  • ready to bring your passion for learning, start-up thinking and curiosity
  • able to travel to your local EY office to attend events

How do we help the world work better?

We pride ourselves on being an inclusive employer. This is driven by leadership and everyone at all levels are held accountable day to day. We have a number of internal employee networks including Ability EY, our disability network, Unity, our LGBTI network and our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander network enabling us all to embrace and value the diverse society we live within.

If you have any support or access requirements, we encourage you to advise us at the time of application via contactrecruitment@au.ey.com or +61 1800 017 666.

Applications close on 9th April at 12 noon, local time.

Please only submit one application for your preferred location.

The preferred applicant will be subject to employment screening by Ernst & Young or by their external third party provider.
