No two days will be the same – you will be encouraged to participate in reporting, perfecting techniques, testing as well as making mistakes and being able to pivot, learn and iterate a new solution. This opportunity is supported through our award-winning 18-month graduate program. As a Data Graduate you’ll be solving real business problems, identifying growth and collaborating with teams to ensure we all better understand our customers and emerging industry trends.

What’s a day in the life of a carsales Grad really like?

Throughout the 18-months you’ll be working with a variety of data teams, where you’ll learn about analytics, modelling, data engineering, data collection and much more. Spending time with each of these teams as part of our six-month rotations, you’ll gain a well-rounded understanding of how our business operates – with a core focus on data and analytics. Each day you will be exposed to working with real data to solve real problems in a fast-paced and ever-changing digital landscape.
