The recent appointment of the head of D&I has seen lots of initiatives. There are inclusive groups for women and LGBTQI communities. There is still work to do, particularly around making changes in the workplace and minorities such as Indigenous Australians

We have a public commitment to diversity and inclusion, and have a dedicated Women@Capgemini group and OutFront group. I'm not too sure about retention, promotion, child care or parental leave. We offer parental leave to men as well. The graduate program hires only on merit, but the campaign ensures all groups are targeted and promotes diversity.
