It is a slow process and often the opportunity will only arise if there is a vacancy due to a move in higher level roles.
Graduate program consists of three year-long rotations with the third rotation in a "real" business role (still part of the program for transition support). Graduate program is part of a pipeline of talent programs which identify and prioritise individuals for career progression. Promotion is lattice style (not linear) and based on role availability and potential. Participation in a talent program can limit opportunity in terms of taking roles that are off the individual's projected career path. International mobility facilitated.
Not completely sure at this stage but there appears to be leadership pathways for talented individuals.
Smaller company structure means fewer opportunities to move up quickly.
They love grads. There's almost an expectation of advancement. They have several programs throughout careers to develop all staff, not just grads.
Flat structure but good people get jobs
